The Norway-UK Seafood Summit, organised by the Norwegian Seafood Council, returned to Fishmonger's Hall, London, on 27 February 2023, following a two-year break due to the pandemic. The Summit drew nearly 200 stakeholders from the seafood sector and related industries, where the two countries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen and develop seafood trade, with sustainability in mind.

The Norwegian Seafood Council marked Norway Day in the UK by partnering with acclaimed Fish & Chip vendors for a mouth-watering celebration. The main event took place at Southwark Park, London, hosting one of the largest Norway Day celebrations outside Norway. The event was attended by Defence Minister Bjørn Arild Gram and Norwegian Ambassador Wegger Chr. Strømmen.
