SkiStar opens all its Scandinavian ski resorts

It's time to start the skiseason: SkiStar is opening the slopes and lifts. Hemsedal, Trysil and Vemdalen are opening right now, while the Swedish resorts of Åre and Sälen will be following suit soon. The abundant snowfall in Sweden and Norway has created a great deal of interest in skiing in Scandinavia's mountain regions and the booking demand at SkiStar's resorts is high.

Memorable mountain experiences at Sälen, Åre, Vemdalen, Hemsedal, Trysil and Hammarbybacken in Stockholm.

SkiStar owns and operates five of the region's largest alpine ski resorts: Sälen (incl. Hammarbybacken i Stockholm), Åre and Vemdalen in Sweden and Hemsedal and Trysil in Norway. SkiStar's vision is to create memorable mountain experiences as the leading holiday operator for Scandinavia.

SkiStar's ski resorts are the perfect destination for those who are active and like to enjoy life to the fullest. Families and friends can enjoy fantastic days on the ski slopes. Many have discovered the joys of downhill skiing, but a holiday on the slopes is the perfect opportunity to exercise, to recharge your batteries and to socialise with friends and family.

Welcome to our ski destinations in Sälen, Åre, Vemdalen, Hemsedal and the city ski slopes of Hammarbybacken in the middle of Stockholm!
