SILVA changes distribution partner in Switzerland
SILVA, the Swedish compass, headlamp, and outdoor gear brand, has taken the decision to change distribution partner in Switzerland. The new distributor, ACE Alpine & Climbing Equipment AG, will take over all distribution rights in Switzerland from Office Factory AG from 10th of June 2020.
The Swiss market has many similarities with the Scandinavian markets with an active population, a growing outdoor market, and a strong orienteering federation. Over the years, SILVA has been present in the Swiss market mainly with the compass assortment. To grow the business and brand recognition in the market, headlamps have been identified as the next important product category. The initial business focus for ACE will be to establish Silva within the headlamp segment.

From the 10th of June, ACE will handle the full product portfolio and all marketing related activities for Silva in the Swiss market.
