New Global HR Director to Haglöfs

With the aim of leading long-term organizational development and nurturing company culture, Swedish outdoor brand Haglöfs expands its HR team and appoints Frida Vingård as its new Global HR Director.

Haglöfs is currently on an expansion journey and is experiencing strong growth in a transitioning global market. Large investments have been made in product development, brand, design, and sustainability over the last couple of years to adapt to the everchanging consumer landscape. To keep developing and refining its organization and ensure that it is properly sized and equipped for the future, Haglöfs has further expanded its HR team through the appointment of Frida Vingård as its new Global HR Director.

Frida Vingård is an experienced HR professional with extensive knowledge from strategic and operational workforce management. She comes most recently from 13 years at Barilla, where she headed up the HR operations for Barilla Northern Europe and the Wasa Business Unit in her role as HR Director.

“The Global HR Director role is central for Haglöfs, and with Frida’s competence, experience and personality I am convinced that she will contribute greatly to developing our organization and culture even further. Frida Vingård took up her position as Global HR Director for Haglöfs’ and its team of 200+ employees across seven countries as of January 1st, 2022 and is a member of the brand’s management team.
