Fit for the Outside — Haglöfs’ revamped outdoor pants range makes it easier to find the right fit.
Haglöfs has a long tradition of making functional outdoor pants that last. This season, that tradition continues. But with a completely revamped design program where fit and findability are in focus. Haglöfs’ pants range now offers clearly distinguished fits for women and men, with three different characteristics.
“We have always offered a wide range of outdoor pants, designed for different activities,” says Annsofie Jakobsson, Head of Design at Haglöfs. “But finding the right fit and fabric for the activity isn’t as straightforward as it should be. From this season on, we are simplifying our model range, making it easier to find the right pants.”
New design program and range ensures everyone will find the right pants
The new pants range from Haglöfs aims to provide the perfect fit for your next adventure. Many outdoor garments are designed as tweaks of a standard version, and all too often that standard has been based on the male body. Haglöfs’ women’s pants range has now been redesigned with a female-first approach.
Demonstrating a true understanding of what types of fit and style are most sought after. The range comprises four fits, including Relaxed, Standard, Slim, and Tight. Haglöfs’ men’s pants range comes in two distinctive fits, Standard and Slim.
Haglöfs has also distinguished three different fabric materials to make it easier to identify which quality is most suitable for the activity at hand. Ranging from lightweight and flexible to sturdy, the qualities include Lite, Mid, and Rugged. The entire range is responsibly designed, utilizing recycled materials and fluorocarbon-free DWR.
And, since everyone’s different, Haglöfs has also made a point to both simplify and expand their sizing scheme. All models have a numeric waist size, and are available in three leg lengths—short, regular and long.
