Residents invited to view plans for Radcliffe development

A consultation event is being held where residents can view proposals for new housing at the ‘island’ part of the former East Lancs Paper Mill site.

The development, by Great Places Housing Association, would be on land between Cunliffe Street, Baybutt Street and Howard Street. The proposals are for 20 apartments and seven houses.

The drop-in will take place on Tuesday 7 December between 5pm and 7pm at the Radcliffe Regeneration Office, 4 Dale Street, Radcliffe, M26 1AB.

The session will be an opportunity to ask questions and view the proposals.
