Caroline Falconer appointed as new Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institute

Caroline Falconer to take on the role of Secretary General for the SCC Arbitration Institute starting January 17, 2023.

Caroline is currently Deputy Secretary General in charge of operations at the SCC, and prior to that, worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Vattenfall for seven years. She holds an LL.M. cum laude from Stockholm University and an LL.M. in international dispute resolution from King’s College London. In addition, Caroline is one of the founders of SWAN (Swedish Women in Arbitration Network), and president for the Swedish Company Lawyers’ Association.

Caroline Falconer will succeed Kristin Campbell-Wilson, who has been with the SCC for ten years.
