Saxhyttegubben's Blåbär 100% was served at the dinner of dinners, the banquet for the Nobel Prize Winners 2022. The alcohol free drink, which is made from wild freshly squeezed Swedish blueberries from the Bergslagen region, was paired with the main course created by award-winning chef Jimmi Eriksson.
