Bach e l'Italia - pianokonsert med Maria Perrotta

Tisdag 16 maj klockan 18 kommer pianisten Maria Perrotta spela en konsert tillägnad J.S. Bach kallad “Bach e l’Italia” i Italienska Kulturinstitutets Auditorium. Konserten är organiserad diskursivt och vill visa de mångtaliga kontakterna som finns mellan den tyske kompositörens verk och italienska tonsättare.

Mer specifikt kommer Perrotta att spela ett antal verk av Bach och två studium av den kontemporära italienska kompositören Marco Di Bari, som har tagit inspiration just från Bach. Konserten kommer avslutas av den italienska konserten i F-dur BWV 971, som är en hommage till den italienska, och framförallt venetianska, stilen, mycket älskad och studerad av J.S. Bach genom Antonio Vivaldis och Benedetto Marcellos musik.
