JYSK welcomes Rami Jensen as new President and CEO

1 September 2023 marks a significant change for the global retail company JYSK. As only the third person in JYSK’s 44-year history, Rami Jensen becomes President and CEO of JYSK after Jan Bøgh.

JYSK again delivers increase in turnover for financial year 2022/23

The turnover for JYSK increased by 6.3 percent reaching DKK 38.5 billion (EUR 5.2 billion) for the financial year 2022/23, setting a new record for the global home furnishing company.

Founder Lars Larsen opened his first store in Denmark in 1979. Today, JYSK employs 31,000 colleagues.

JYSK is part of family-owned Lars Larsen Group with a total turnover of DKK 44.0 billion in financial year 2022/23. JYSK’s turnover was DKK 41.1 billion in financial year 2023/24.
