Furetank turns former office into advanced ship simulator training centre

Furetank turns the former office into a maritime educational centre on Donsö outside Gothenburg: a state-of-the-art ship simulator complex for training, assessment and certification. From summer 2023 it will be available for the entire shipping cluster on Donsö as well as external actors.

Furetank etablerar utbildningscenter med fartygssimulator på Donsö

Furetank omvandlar sitt tidigare kontor till ett maritimt utbildningscentrum på Donsö utanför Göteborg. Det blir ett toppmodernt fartygssimulatorkomplex för träning, tester och certifiering. Från sommaren 2023 öppnar centret upp för hela sjöfartsklustret på Donsö och andra externa aktörer.

Press invitation: Test drive the new Swedish super simulator complex – shipping companies' response to personnel shortage

Furetank has converted its former offices on Donsö outside Gothenburg into a state-of-the-art maritime educational center, to increase the access to competent onboard personnel.
