ROTO-MASTER RMN – the efficient and year-round machine for the modern farmer

The basis of the ROTO-MASTER RMN is its stable frame. It can withstand the toughest conditions. The ROTO-MASTER RMN rotary hoe is available in working widths of 6, 9 and 12.4 metres to suit all farm sizes.

The machine has frame support wheels to ensure stability at high working speeds. Their height is mechanically adjustable. The width of the support wheels can be adjusted hydraulically to the required spacing.

The cultivation units are suspended on the machine frame. Each cultivation unit consists of an arm attached to a support frame by a clip. A coiled spring provides arm overload protection.

The arm has two 480 mm diameter rotary star wheels with 16 fingers. The rotary star wheels have an offset mounting on the arm. This design increases the machine's throughput and facilitates terrain contouring for the star wheels. The working depth of the cultivation units ranges from 2 to 4 cm with a maximum down pressure of 30 kg per star wheel.

Machine for full-are cultivation with option of modification for row cultivation

The ROTO-MASTER RMN rotary hoe can be adapted to row cultivation, for example of corn, sunflower or winter rapeseed crops, by removing individual cultivation units. The machine can be adapted for row cultivation with an inter-row distance of 80, 75 or 70 cm (always three cultivation units) or 50 cm (two cultivation units). In the case of full-area cultivation, the arms of the units are 21 cm apart and the rotary star wheels work at a distance of 10.5 cm.
