Aroundtown successfully concluded two new letting contracts at the office building De Entrée II in Amsterdam. Two new tenants are occupying a combined total of 1,200 sqm of office space, along with supplementary parking facilities. With these new contracts the office building is fully let.
With five new tenants on total 3,500 sqm, Aroundtown’s experts achieve long-term letting successes for office building De Admiraal on Admiraliteitskade 62 in Rotterdam. The new tenants come from various sectors, ranging from IT to an international logistics company.
Aroundtown has achieved a long-term full letting of its office property at Naritaweg 106-120 in Amsterdam. The building is now fully occupied following the signing of two new leases: in total approx. 1.5 thousand sqm with the software developer EagleScience and with the financial service provider Beaufin.
With the signing of a long-term lease of 5,140 sqm with the co-working concept De Stadstuin in Dalton Office Park, the entire Daltonlaan 200 office building in Utrecht is now fully let. De Stadstuin will open its 6th location in Utrecht and will provide office space, meeting rooms, an inspiring entrance and events for more than 150 start-ups, scale-ups, creative entrepreneurs and SMEs.
The office building Lichtenauerlaan 102-120 in Rotterdam successfully signed several new tenants for a total of 1.800 sqm: IT service provider Arcus IT, the Recruiter Maandag, the real estate developer NovaForm as well also the insurance company VMD Koster signed long-term lease contracts for office space.
Aroundtown reaches full occupancy of the Newton House office complex in Utrecht. With Karl Storz Endoscopie Nederland B.V., the building has a new long-term tenant for an area of 1,100 sqm. This means that the office building at Newtonlaan 201-285, with a total area of approximately 26,000 sqm, is now fully leased.
Aroundtown and full-service office provider Co-Office have agreed on a long-term lease for approximately 1,700 sqm on the top three floors of the Adammium building at Joop Geesinkweg 201-224 in Amsterdam. With this latest agreement, the building is fully leased.
Aroundtown has signed two long-term leases with Bergman Clinics for 1,500 sqm and Mentaalbeter B.V. for 700 sqm. With the arrival of these two new tenants, the office building at Hogehilweg 21 in Amsterdam-Zuidoost is now fully leased.

Aroundtown recently extended its lease agreement with construction company Heijmans for approximately 3,500 sqm at the Adriaan Volkerhuis office building in Rotterdam. Aroundtown also welcomed a new tenant, WARP, for approximately 500 sqm.
The Newton House office building has two new long-term tenants: marketing specialist Heyoo and the law firm KBS Advocaten N.V., adding up to total of close to 2,000 sqm. In addition, the existing tenant, online marketing company IMU B.V., has increased its office space and now rents a total of close to 2,000 sqm in “Newton House”.
