Aroundtown concludes another letting success with the long-term extension of the lease with a tenant for 1,566 sqm and 33 parking spaces. Aroundtown also welcomes a new tenant in the building, who has signed a lease agreement for 617 sqm in this prime location in Amsterdam. The "Sevensixty" building at Amstelveenseweg 760 remains fully let.
Aroundtown renews the lease with its tenant Vastgoed PG in the Erasmusstaete office complex on Max Euwelaan 60-80 in Rotterdam. The tenant will remain with office space of 5,750 sqm for a further 7 years and will be provided with 150 parking spaces in the underground parking garage.
