Yanmar America has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Controlled Air, a privately owned, premier HVAC solutions provider in Connecticut and surrounding states in the northeastern US. The Eschenfelder KKU Group has joined the Yanmar Group effective 1st April 2019. KKU specializes in the design, engineering, distribution and installation of resource-saving refrigeration, cooling and heating solutions for trade and industry. The new organization will strengthen Yanmar's capabilities to offer total HVAC solutions and further expand its activities in the European market.
