Yanmar Shows X47 Express Cruiser America’s Cup Edition at Genoa International Boat Show
Genoa, Italy September 30th, 2020 - Yanmar will choose the Genoa International Boat Show to reveal the America’s Cup edition of its flagship X47 Express Cruiser. The Express Cruiser has been chosen as the Official VIP Cruiser of the 36th America’s Cup Presented by Prada.
Running from October 1st to 6th, this 60th outing of Genoa International Boat Show is a showcase for marine industry professionals and boating enthusiasts alike, in an event that has grown to become the largest on the Mediterranean.
Yanmar subsidiary Yanmar Marine International will partner with Cartello S.r.l. to highlight the company’s advanced marine technology.
A global leader in the engine business, Yanmar has a long history of creating powerful, quiet and efficient diesel engines for the yachting industry and beyond. To create the unique and distinctive X47 Express Cruiser, Yanmar worked alongside renowned designer Ken Okuyama and top Italian yacht designer and manufacturer Azimut Yachts. Cartello performed a vital function in working with Azimut Yachts to install the engines in the X47.
Look for Cartello in Hall B and see the X47 Express Cruiser in the dedicated test area on the water.
