Yanmar Completes Acquisition of CLAAS India

Osaka, Japan (January 8, 2025) - Yanmar Holdings Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition of CLAAS India Private Limited through its group company, Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited, and has changed the company name to Yanmar Agricultural Machinery India Private Limited (YAMIN) effective November 20, 2024.

Wheeled combine harvesters will be newly added to Yanmar's lineup. Utilizing the technological expertise and know-how that Yanmar has developed, YAMIN will produce combines and other agricultural machinery for the Indian market and the global market at its factory located in Morinda, Punjab.
