Yamaha Motor: Announcement of Personnel Changes in the Office of Executive Officers

IWATA, December 24,2019 - Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (Tokyo: 7272) hereby announces that, at the Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, the Company has determined the following executive and executive officer movements.
The appointments of these executives and executive officers will be formally decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in late March 2020, and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
