Free Autumn Fun at World of Volvo
The autumn break is approaching, and following the success of this summer’s Family Fun, which attracted hundreds of families, the concept is now returning to World of Volvo—this time with an autumn twist. Experience autumn break fun where the entire family can explore, learn, and play through dance, music, and crafts. Family Fun is open from October 28-29 and November 1-3, with all activities offered free of charge.
During the autumn break’s Family Fun, visitors to World of Volvo can, among other things, gain new knowledge about traffic safety, participate in an Autumn Hunt, solve tricky riddles alongside Spöket Laban (Laban the Little Ghost), get creative in the Artist Lab, and even try sitting behind the wheel of a real Volvo car. There will also be creative play with Dickie Toys and Lego, high-tech music creation, and a performance by the Swedish Ballet School, where children are invited to join in "Stop-look-wave" – an interactive dance focusing on traffic safety around trucks.

The initiative aims to offer fun activities for all families in Gothenburg. World of Volvo is open to everyone and, in addition to spaces for inspiration and socializing, the building features an exhibition that takes visitors through Volvo’s impressive history—from the past to the present and into the innovations leading us toward the next steps in mobility and transportation. For those looking for a tasty treat, Ceno Brasserie offers Nordic-inspired fika, food, and drinks.
During the free autumn break activities, there will be an opportunity to purchase discounted family tickets online for the interactive exhibition.
