Waynes is ramping up its expansion – both in Sweden and internationally Despite a very challenging year, Swedish coffee shop chain Waynes has decided to accelerate their expansion. During 2020, the coffee shop chain established 21 new coffee shops, and the plan is to continue to grow with at least 40 new coffee shops during 2021 in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The awards recognize best practice in corporate, product and global brand design and strategy, with categories focusing on strategy, execution, content and evaluation. Waynes has grown rapidly during the last couple of years and has opened 38 new cafés in 2019, more than ever before. Now Waynes launches a new café concept which means a brand new look and many smart solutions with an in-store bakery and a new section with prepacked food. One of the first cafés to be launched in the new concept is one of the company’s first cafés in Stockholm.

The Swedish coffee-shop chain Wayne's Coffee has just signed its largest deal ever. A 15- year contract with a new master franchisee in China, Jucheng Ltd Co. And soon, the first coffee shop will open its doors in Shanghai.

Wayne’s Coffee extends cooperation in Saudi Arabia

​Wayne’s Coffee and its partner in Saudi Arabia, Musaid Al-Sayyar Trading Company, have established Wayne’s Coffee as a popular and well-known brand since 2009. The expansion continues at full speed, and the cooperation has been extended with a new Master Franchise Agreement, giving Musaid Al-Sayyar Trading Company the right to continue using the Wayne’s Coffee brand.
