尼得科机床株式会社(社长:若林谦一 总公司:滋贺县栗东市)10月12日隆重推出龙门五面加工中心的高端机型「MVR-Hx系列」。继之前推出的MVR-Cx系列,进一步扩充并完善了产品线,以适应大型部件加工的市场需求。连续投入覆盖日本及海外所有市场的新机型并加大加快销售活动的力度,从而进一步实现我司机床事业的扩大发展。
MVR-Hx系列,是面向高精度・高效率加工的客户群,从没有热变位且更易于操作的概念出发而新开发的机型。通过抑制主轴热延伸的轴心冷却功能以及不受环境温度变化的构造主体等抗热对策的彻底实施,可以适用于,从模具等追求表面高品质的加工到一般部件的加工,从轻型切削到重切削的各种素材等广泛范围的加工。由内部冷却主轴的轴心冷却功能为标准配置。即使是在8,000转/分的高速运转时也可以保持刀具先端位置的稳定
