The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is a new landmark in the Jordanian capital, with two 20-storey towers rising up impressively over the skyline. Together with head chef Franceso Guarracino, the design team has developed an artistic striped pattern for Roberto’s in the classically elegant colours of white, grey, beige and bordeaux which adds a beautifully elegant and positive note to the round plates. Framed by the decorative rim, the culinary creations look impressive against the white surface – harmonising perfectly with the inviting and friendly atmosphere.
