The Annual Christmas Edition creates a unique nostalgic Christmas atmosphere with charming decorations on a plate, bowl, mug, ball and bell. The inspiration for the authentic retro decor is old scrapbook pictures which have been carefully digitised and recomposed. This year’s theme takes us on a visit to a Christmas market, where excited children are riding on a carousel. Santa Claus is there already too and is watching the scene with a brimming sack of presents over his shoulder. The bowl shows two happy children in little winter coats riding beautiful carousel horses. As usual, the strictly limited Annual Christmas Edition has a gold stamp on the base and is available only in the year of issue. Every year, the popular porcelain items, which are also ideal as special gifts for anyone who loves the charm of a traditional Christmas, are eagerly anticipated by collectors.
La Boule and La petite Boule
One very special Toy’s Delight highlight is the new La petite Boule in a Christmas design. Like its big sister, it too consists of a combination of different bowls and plates, but in smaller versions. The pretty bowls are perfect for serving nibbles with a Christmas aperitif and for presenting biscuits, chocolates and sweets. When fully assembled, the little sphere with fine scattered patterns becomes a charming decoration and a gift that radiates stylish festive cheer.
Toy’s Fantasy und Christmas Toy’s Memories – Absolute Christmas nostalgia
With shapes reminiscent of traditional paper plates brimming with sweet treats, the plates and bowls appeal not just to lovers of Christmas nostalgia. The two new bowls in two new shapes are decorated with patterns that tell stories of toy shops and the fun of building snowmen. They are accompanied by two new mugs.
The Christmas Toy’s Memory series offers a wide selection of detailed, hand-painted figurines that are sure to be a delightful surprise as a gift under the Christmas tree. The new centrepiece is a large three-part biscuit jar in the shape of a snowman which can be used to store and serve Christmas treats in charming style.
