Sweden based Ridea Skis have recently released their new high-performance ski models built with TeXtreme® Spread Tow Reinforcements. The newly developed touring skis are the lightest high-performance skis in the world.

TeXtreme® in the Dakar Rally

Pewano Rally Raid team from Sweden entered the starting line at the 2012 Dakar Rally in a Volvo XC60 RR car built with TeXtreme® Spread Tow carbon fabrics. The 2012 Dakar Rally is the 33rd running of the event and this year’s race starts in Argentina and finishes in Peru.

Snowboards latest TeXtreme® application

Snowboard manufacturer Fanatic Snowboards has built their new premium board models using TeXtreme® Spread Tow Fabrics. The high-performance snowboards, Blade and Duoblade, are designed to be the lightest in their categories on the market.

Oxeon exhibits at Composites 2012 show

Oxeon will be exhibiting at the ACMA Composites 2012 show in Las Vegas, USA, held 21-23 of February. Oxeon is located at booth no. 261. Jim Glaser, Sales Manager – North America, and Martin Turesson, Sales Manager, will be present to staff the Oxeon booth throughout the show.

Shark Aero ULA hits world record

French pilot Eric Barberini has flown faster than current world speed records in the RAL2T category under distances of 50 km and 500 kilometers in a Shark Aero ULA (Ultra Light Aircraft) built with TeXtreme®.
