Ravenna, Italy, 24 February 2025 - DESTINYbit and Amplifier Studios are thrilled to announce that NITRO GEN OMEGA, their upcoming Spaghetti Anime turn-based tactical RPG featuring customisable mechs, is making its explosive debut at Steam Next Fest starting today.

With a free-to-play demo available now until March 3rd, players can lead a squad of mercenaries through machine-infested wastelands, commanding customisable Mechs in high-stakes battles. NITRO GEN OMEGA features a timeline-based combat system that blends deep tactical strategy with the cinematic intensity of an anime battle sequence, putting players in the director’s seat of their own action-packed adventure!

Developed by DESTINYbit, the makers of Dice Legacy, Nitro Gen Omega reinvents the RPG genre with deep tactical gameplay and cinematic anime-inspired battles. The game immerses players in a vibrant world where every decision shapes the flow of combat. With tons of customisation options, players can modify their Mechs, assemble a skilled mercenary crew, and strategically influence how each battle unfolds.

In the demo, available now until March 3rd 6PM GMT / 7PM CET / 10AM PST / 1PM EST, players can:

• Modify their Mechs: Build and modify one of three powerful Mechs, tailoring loadouts to match strategic approach in battle.

• Engage in Tactical, High-Octane Battles: With a unique timeline-based system, combat is all about precision and timing, challenging players to execute strategic maneuvers and unleash devastating attacks at the perfect moment.

• Forge Bonds among the Crew: Aboard the mobile airship base, players will recruit and develop pilots, forging relationships that influence their effectiveness in combat and the game’s unfolding story.

• Experience an Original Anime-Inspired Soundtrack: Featuring a score composed by Alex Moukala, who has featured on several Hollywood Movie Trailers and commercials for films such as Avengers: Endgame, the game’s music heightens the drama and excitement of every battle, immersing players in a true anime-style adventure.
