Technical problems affects Nordic Choice Hotels internal IT-systems
Nordic Choice Hotels IT-systems was affected by a virus during the night towards December 2. The virus primarily affected our internal systems for booking, checking in and out and payment solutions. We have implemented manual processes to handle the situations at the hotels so we can focus on the guests, but the waiting time will be longer than usual. We are working to solve the issue with all resources. Our hotel crew and customer service are available to answer any questions from the customers.
