The Nordic hotel group Nordic Choice Hotels continues to strengthen the management team in Finland. Starting on November 17, Inka Uusitalo-Raoult will take up the newly established role of Director of Operations for the Finnish market. The company's operations in Finland consist of the 10 hotels within Kämp Collections Hotels, the member hotel F6 as well as 2 Clarion Hotels and the upcoming Clarion and Comfort Hotels that will open at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in 2024.

- We have a fantastic collection of hotels in Finland which will be joined by additional siblings in the coming years. We are therefore strengthening the Finnish management team with a Director of Operations. I am extremely happy to be able to welcome Inka Uusitalo-Raoult who checks off all the items on my wish list and more. Inka's analytical and curious personality combined with her results-driven and solution-oriented approach make her a perfect leader. Inka will contribute valuable insight to the development of the strategy for Nordic Choice in Finland and she will strengthen its Finnish management with her versatile operational expertise, says Nordic Choice Hotels Finland Manager Erika Ehrnrooth.

Inka Uusitalo-Raoult has studied in Lausanne at EHL and in Helsinki at the Hanken School of Economics. Professionally, she has, among other things, held several leadership roles in the hotel industry in Brussels, Paris and Shanghai. Experience that will come in handy in the new role.

- It feels incredibly good to be part of the journey that Nordic Choice Hotels is on, not only in the Nordics but above all here in Finland. I know that our owner has high ambitions and that is something I appreciate in an employer. Now I'm looking forward to November 17 and my first day at the new job. From day one, I am eager to be a good support for our professional hotel managers and to continue together with them to develop the experiences we provide to our guests and our staff, says Nordic Choice Hotels' incoming Director of Operations Finland, Inka Uusitalo-Raoult.

The role of Director of Operations Finland has been newly established. The responsibility in the position is to develop and optimize the operational activities on the Finnish market.
