RJ45 contact inserts for heavy-duty connectors
For the safe, compact integration of RJ45 data cables into heavy-duty applications, Phoenix Contact offers suitable contact inserts.
The new RJ45 adapter and gender changer enable data transmission in the space-saving D7 housing. In tight spaces, data of up to 10 Gbps can be reliably transmitted using Profinet, Industrial Ethernet, or EtherCAT.
Tool-free cabling with RJI connection. The compact, robust connector housings in the Heavycon Standard series are available in metal and plastic. They feature a high degree of protection: IP66/IP67. The metal housings are made from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminium and are also EMC-ready. In combination with an EMC cable gland, they reliably discharge electromagnetic disturbance.
