New, high-performance WLAN module
The high-performance Phoenix Contact WLAN access point FL WLAN 5100 is being replaced with the new WLAN 5110 device series.
The new WLAN modules are equipped with a modern WLAN wireless card and now require just two antenna connections instead of the three needed previously. The wireless modules feature very reliable, high-performance wireless communication.
The dimensions, hardware properties, and firmware functions remain the same to allow for easy replacement in existing applications. The WLAN access point continues to support the IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless standards (2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz) with up to 300 Mbps.
