Colin Green to hand over the role of Managing Director of Phoenix Contact Ltd to Andy Mills.

Colin Green, Managing Director of Phoenix Contact Ltd, will retire at the end of September 2024 after 16 years with the company. He will be succeeded by Andy Mills, Sales & Marketing Manager, Industrial Components and Electronics.

“It has been an absolute privilege being the Managing Director at a brilliant company with excellent people, an authentic culture and inspirational leadership across the group.” Says Colin “One of the most rewarding things for me over the last 16 years has been to witness the personal development of the people. I personally want to thank all the UK team for their ongoing support and significant contribution to the continued growth of the company”.

Colin joined the Company in 2008 as General Manager for the UK. He previously had gained experience with various sales leadership roles in Industrial Automation Markets since completing a Technician Apprenticeship in 1983.

Andy Mills has vast experience with Phoenix Contact, having joined the business in 2005, working in various roles in the Company from Internal Sales to Sales & Marketing Manager for the Business Area Industrial Components and Electronics (ICE).
