Niam sells certified office property in Gothenburg, Sweden
Niam signed an agreement to sell the leasehold to Majorna 219:7, located in Gothenburg, to Klövern for approximately SEK 270 million. Niam acquired the leasehold in 2008 as part of a portfolio, and has renegotiated and extended a large number of leases as well as certified the building according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. The transaction will close on June 1, 2015.
