Man charged with 2020 murder of Marc Allen in Erith

A man has been charged with the murder of Marc Allen, who died four years ago in Erith.

Marc, aged 51, died in hospital on 29 January 2020, almost a month after he was run over by his own car during an incident just before 03:00hrs on Sunday, 29 December 2019 in Peareswood Road in Erith.

Errol Woodger, 37 (18.12.86) of Mottisfont Road, SE2, appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 20 June charged with murder. He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on 24 June.

Woodger has also been charged with robbery in relation to the incident on 29 December 2019.
