Can you help identify this man?

Police have released an image of a man they want to identify following a sexual assault in Bethnal Green.

The incident happened at around 06:20hrs on Monday, 22 January after a woman left a station and was followed by a man who sexually assaulted her as she walked near Bethnal Green Police Station.

He then left, walking along Victoria Park Square towards Bethnal Green Underground Station.

Officers at Bethnal Green were informed but the man had left the area.

A number of enquiries have been carried out following the incident including looking at CCTV and speaking with witnesses, however officers are yet to identify the suspect.

Police are now releasing an image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

The suspect is described as Black, approximately 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
