Mecel takes a leading position as AUTOSAR supplier!

During 2012 the AUTOSAR 4.0 market has taken off and Mecel is in a lead position as being the AUTOSAR supplier for several of the production programs that has been sourced.

For example we are very glad that three out of six domain ECUs in Volvo Car Corporation’s new architecture have chosen Mecel Picea as the AUTOSAR platform. In these programs Mecel provides the basic software and the RTE as well as AUTOSAR tools and engineering services.

To meet the request for new AUTOSAR projects Mecel now grow the AUTOSAR team both in Gothenburg and in Bangalore. “We are actively looking for engineers that can help us grow our AUTOSAR team” says Henrik Häggström, Managing Director at Mecel, and continues “For the next coming years we see a significant increase in the AUTOSAR business and now is the time to shift to the next gear in order to be prepared”.
