Apple’s iPad Air hit the number one position on Krusell ’s Top Seller list for tablets in January.
- The strong sales of cases for Apple’s Air and Mini continue even after the Christmas sales, says Ulf Sandberg Managing Director at Krusell. Sony’s Tablet Z has shown good numbers consequently through autumn and winter and is still doing well in retail. The newcomer in the segment and on the chart is the Nokia Lumia 2520. Lumia 2520 has not reached all regions yet, but shows good numbers anyway. At CES we saw new models soon entering the market from Samsung, for example, and that will of course have an impact on the future of the list later on, he ends.
The Swedish manufacturer of carrying cases for portable electronics, Krusell, releases its Top 10-list for January 2014. The list is based on number of pieces custom made tablet cases ordered from Krusell during January 2014. The list of Krusell is unique due to the fact that it reflects the sales of phones in six continents and in more than 70 countries around the globe.
