Hitachi Rail Europe appoints Andy Barr as new Chief Operating Officer
Hitachi Rail Europe Ltd. today announced the appointment of Andy Barr as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Sales and Strategy, to start with immediate effect. Based in their London head office, the role will see him charged with generating new business and supporting the Intercity Express Programme (IEP) that accords with the company’s long-term goals.
