Press release -

New overnight Thameslink services to Luton Airport Parkway

Thameslink is introducing new Monday to Saturday overnight services between London and Bedford in December which will make it much easier to travel to Luton Airport by train for early morning flight check-in.

Additional services via Luton Airport Parkway are being added to the existing overnight stoppers to create a twice hourly service in place of the current 60 minute frequency. These additional services are speedier than the existing all-stations trains, running fast between St Albans and West Hampstead.

Thameslink Passenger Service Director Stuart Cheshire said:

“These extra services we’re putting on between London and Bedford will make it much easier for passengers travelling to Luton Airport for early morning check-in.”
