Press release -

Access to the rear of Brighton station closed Thurs 2nd July

Due to emergency crane repair work to be carried out for the City View development at the rear of Brighton station, a portion of Stroudley Road will be closed between 04.00 and 20.00 on Thursday 2nd July.

Although the car park will remain open between these times, the pick-up and drop-off point will be closed. However, as an alternative, passengers can be picked up and dropped off in the main car park. Please note, a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes is permitted for pick up and drop off in the car park. Any vehicles staying longer will incur a charge.

Blue badge holders using the main car park will be eligible for a free parking ticket. Please see the kiosk attendant upon arrival.

There will be pedestrian access to the back of the station from Stroudley Road, but cyclists will be required to dismount.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
