Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is partnering with Fortrus, to provide a managed service for their Trust-wide programme to create a Digital Health Record (DHR) constructed from scanning paper medical records and amalgamating patient demographic data, structured data from a multitude of hospital systems, and other information sources. The project will initially be deployed to the Nottingham Children’s Hospital in order to validate the approach and solution, as well as to provide empirical data for supporting the overall business case.
