DJI - Flying Above PTSD

Like millions of former service members, David Daly struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD. Despite his best efforts to transition back to civilian life the traumatic events he experienced in combat continue to haunt him.

However over the last two years, the former Marine has found a unique way to deal with his anxiety: flying drones. Flying started out as a casual hobby for Daly, but it’s now become his full-time occupation. And to his surprise, he’s found that getting a new perspective on the world has become a powerful part of his healing process as well.

DJI Releases Firmware Update For Mavic Air And Phantom 4 Pro/Pro+

Pilots of DJI’s Mavic Air and Phantom 4 Pro/Pro+ are now able to enjoy a more immersive and enhanced flight experience with the latest firmware updates for the two drones.

For the Mavic Air highlights include added support for SmartCapture without a remote control, optimised transmission quality and support for using the DJI Goggles Head Tracking Flight feature.

Both Phantom 4 Pro/Pro+ owners can look forward to DJI’s Pano shooting modes (Vertical/Horizontal/180/Sphere) and Phantom 4 Pro+ owners can also enjoy the availability of more third party apps on their remote controls.

To get the optimum experience possible users are encouraged to always use the latest firmware.
