UGLY THINGS PODCAST

Ugly Things Magazine, the ultimate rock ‘n’ roll read, is now also a podcast.

Hosted by Mike Stax, each episode brings you the same kind of insightful, passionate, and informed coverage found in the pages of the magazine, including interviews with some of the best-overlooked artists from the 1960s and beyond.

In the latest episode -- part one of two -- Stax talks to singer and hell-raiser P.J. Proby, who shares amazing stories about his early days in the music business in Hollywood, 1957-64, and his momentous arrival in England in 1964 to appear on a Beatles TV special.

Proby is also the cover star of the magazine's 40th anniversary issue:

Copies of UGLY Things 63 featuring P.J. Proby - and all available back issues - are available in the UK here.

The Ugly Things podcast is available for free on Apple, Spotify, and all the major podcast platforms.
