Dutch-Anglo dark-pop project Control Future re-drop heart-melting single 'The Right One'
The Dutch-English minimalist pop project Control Future, which enraptured us during the first stage of the pandemic-lockdown last summer with its irresistible brand of "dystopian dark-wave" has been at work this winter on a new album with a complete group of new musicians in Amsterdam that's scheduled this year for release.
A year ago today, Neus Ruiz ( long-time concert promoter, journalist and head-honchita of Heatwave Magazine) unveiled and released her heart-melting debut single,'The Right One'.
Some would say love is patient, kind and unconditional, but... Neus does not apologize for not being any of those things when cutting to the chase with this sonic tale of an elusive and enduring search for something better and rightfully hers to find even if it's a seemingly impossible task. The beautiful fight continues.
Happy Valentine's Day!
