In the TechEq initiative, Swedish IT and technology companies unite to do something about equality for women and men in the industry. TechEq currently has 43 member companies. ComAround is one of them. 

In the TechEq initiative, Swedish IT and technology companies unite to do something about equal opportunities in the industry. TechEq is a network initiated by MTGx, Netlight, Tieto and Tritech, and will affect the entire IT industry in 2014.

Joining TechEq is regarded as an obvious step for ComAround, because it supports the company's values ​​and corporate culture. For ComAround, gender equality is not the only equal opportunities principle. ComAround believes in equal value, regardless of religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, ethnicity or task. ComAround values everyone's differences.
