All reserved at phase one of BoKlok on the Lake, Worthing

The first phase of homes at BoKlok on the Lake in Worthing are now all reserved. First-time buyers from the local area have been the main purchasers. It is always the aim for BoKlok to make homeownership more accessible to more people. In phase one at BoKlok on the Lake, 91% of purchasers were first time buyers, 91% were local to the area and 75% accessed the government ‘Help to Buy’ scheme.
