SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream Launches Its Second DLC today!
The SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream universe is expanding today with a new DLC, a second volume of Character Pass and a Nintendo Switch demo!
In this second DLC, called SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream - The Devil’s Comeback, players will have access to two new characters from Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online, M and Pitohui as well as a related scenario, new costumes, weapons, and more.
The new scenario will follow Kirito, Sinon, LLENN, and Fukaziroh who, after having been warned by Cardinal, head to investigate an area of Galaxia where player kills are happening. The team goes on to meet Pitohui and M, who will join the effort and help them find the culprits, will they succeed in their mission?

M is a tall bulky ranger and an excellent sniper. He also has with him an armoured shield that he can unfold around him and use as protection while shooting. Pitohui, is a veteran Gun Gale Online player, and an extreme battle maniac. She is a versatile fighter who excels in close to mid-range combat.
The second volume of Character Pass will give players access to Bonus Stamp Set 2 now, and later, when they are available, DLCs 3 and 4. Each DLC will also include a new scenario and characters, DLC 3 will welcome Philia and Sachi and DLC 4 adds Mito and Cat Knight Alice.
Finally, a new demo releases for Nintendo Switch in which players can join in as a part of a team of 20 and choose between two modes, Boss Raid and Co-op Quest. In the boss raid, preparation for the fight is the key to victory against high difficulty raid boss. In the co-op quest, they’ll have to clear separate maps and join in the fight against the boss at the end. Playable characters include Kirito, Asuna, Agil, Argo, Sinon, Oberon, Leafa, LLENN and Fukaziroh! The weapons and accessories obtained during this demo can be carried over to the full game upon purchase, and online play between demo versions is available.
