A new power emerges in Arkesia TODAY as the Wildsoul class makes its grand debut.
The Wildsoul is the latest Specialist class that channels the primal energy of animals sealed within mystical scrolls, seamlessly blending illusions and shapeshifting in combat.
They can summon phantom beasts to fight alongside them or transform into one themselves, shifting between two distinct forms to adapt to any battle.
- Bear Form empowers Wildsouls with overwhelming melee strength, allowing them to crush enemies with devastating, heavy attacks.
- Fox Form enhances their agility and precision for swift, ranged strikes that outmaneuver foes.
Their Scroll weapon acts as a conduit for this raw animal energy, and through Phantom Beast Awakening and Wildness, Wildsouls can ascend to even greater heights, mastering both forms with unparalleled finesse. Players eager to unlock Wildsoul’s full potential can embark on a Class Awakening Quest, earning 15 new achievements, a new title, and a new trophy, along with a Training Room Guide to help refine their skills.
- New Events - In light of Wildsoul’s launch, the Mokoko Bootcamp Event, the Mokoko Challenge Express Event, the Event Guardian Raid Event and more return to Lost Ark this month, offering avenues for progression, collaboration, and exclusive rewards for Wildsoul or another character on players’ rosters.
- Ark Passive Overhaul - Ark Passive is undergoing a massive transformation, streamlining gear progression, skill synergy, and accessibility across all tiers. Now unlocking from character creation, Ark Passive evolves dynamically as players progress. Evolution and Enlightenment mechanics have been revamped, refining how armor and accessories contribute to combat effectiveness, while the Engraving and Ability Stone systems have been modernized.
- New Items & Skins - Players can step into the realm of nature’s fiercest warriors with the Wildsoul Skins, a stunning fusion of raw primal energy and untamed beauty. Additionally, the Pirate King skin is available, perfect for any warrior who dares to embrace the untamed spirit of the seas, as well as Winter Marchen Structures, complete with a customizable photobooth for those who love to capture the magic of winter.
Downtime will begin on February 26 at 12 a.m. PT / 8 a.m. UTC, and is estimated to last up to 18 hours. The February update introduces massive Ark Passive system overhauls, balance updates, new events, and a fresh lineup of skins and stronghold items. Additionally, older content like Platinum Field and Challenge Guardian Raids will be removed to streamline progression and make way for a more refined adventure.
