Guild Wars 2 Friend/Ships Campaign – Becoming the Best (Commander) You Can Be

At the beginning of February, ArenaNet invited the Guild Wars 2 community to join them as they kicked off the Friend/Ships Campaign, celebrating the relationships that have been formed and strengthened through the game.

First, Nicole and Tyler shared how their in-game adventures lead to a Guild Wars 2-style engagement. Then we heard from members of the POOF guild—Alex, Anthony and Ryan—as they took us through how their in-game bond resulted in a cross-country journey for their guild flag.

ArenaNet today released their final Friend/Ships spotlight, in which GW2 players Bria and Poz detail how they push each other to be the best they can be, both in-game and out. Together, they teamed up with dozens of other players in a race to defeat the Three-Headed Wurm. Later, recognising Bria for being quick, witty and funny, Poz encouraged her to start streaming on Twitch; Bria now has more than 48,000 Twitch followers, and Poz still acts as one of her moderators.
