1-year Forward Prices for Gas and Power Rise for 3rd Day Running

According to the latest energy market analysis from Apollo Energy, the 1-year forward prices for gas and power have again risen - for the third day in a row.

The graph, which is published daily on Apollo Energy's blog, displays the upward trend.

Energy brokers at the company create the graph using a range of industry figures - including market close reports and seasonal energy data.

The company states that the graphs can be used by companies who are looking to secure commerical gas or power contracts in the near future. The graphs will help companies budget and find out what they can expect to pay for their commercial gas or power for the next year.

You can view the latest graph (19/10/2012) here: http://www.apolloenergy.co.uk/energy-market-analysis-19-10-2012/

Note: Energy prices are particularly important at this time of year, as we enter the final quarter of the year.
