Alma and RUBIK acquire light industrial property in the Hedehusene area of Greater Copenhagen
Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties have added a seventh light industrial property to their joint venture portfolio, which focuses on investments in industrial and warehouse properties in Greater Copenhagen.
The new acquisition, Baldersbuen 27, comprises a building with 4,292 sqm of leasable area and a total plot size of 10,877 sqm. The property is situated in a prominent industrial area and offers an attractive layout and land distribution.
