Alma and AG Gruppen sell residential property in greater Copenhagen to PenSam

Alma Property Partners and AG Gruppen sold the residential property, Lyskilden, located in Herlev (greater Copenhagen) to Pensam. The property consists of 231 apartments comprising 18,824 sqm and it was one of the first residential development projects in the Marienlund area in Herlev, which is undergoing a transformation to a mixed-use district, supported by major infrastructure investments such as a new light rail station.

Alma and AG Gruppen announced their ambition to build the project in 2020 and, despite significant supply chain challenges during the 2021-2022 construction period, they managed to deliver the project on time and within budget – an achievement that both parties are very pleased with.

The project has a DGNB Gold environmental certification and facilities that benefit all age groups, including a green courtyard, a playground for children, fitness equipment, shared greenhouses and access to a shared roof terrace.

After a successful letting at the end of 2022 and a subsequent stabilization of operations, Alma and AG Gruppen decided to sell the property. The transaction was completed on December 20, 2024.
